WHAT WE DO

LAWGICAL Non Marine Insurance Team was formed in January 2009 to take over Piccinini & Associati TPA practice in an effort to provide claim services through a specialized unit. Today LWG NMI team provides the Lloyd’s Market and the international insurance community with TPA, claims handling and monitoring / auditing services; we have wide experience in loss adjustment practice either in the liability and property classes of risks, with particular emphasis to professional indemnity.

When not directly involved, we often happen to be appointed by Lloyd’s to monitor their claims portfolio and to audit brokers’ or cover holders’ compliance to the given underwriting guidelines.

Most of our NMI Team are lawyers who gained their experience in Court contrasting professional negligence claims on behalf of Lloyd’s underwriters, Italian and International Insurers, Accountants, Auditors, Notaries, Lawyers, Doctors and Hospitals, Engineers and Architects, Insurance brokers and Agents.

Bordereaux are updated in real time and fully comprehensive dynamic reports on claims exceeding the authority granted by Uws are sent every quarter or at such intervals as requested by Uws. There is maximum flexibility and the relevant know-how to adapt the existing report and bordereau formats to UWs needs.
